ok, so here’s the deal. I’m on an academic scholarship, covers all tuition, books, whole works. My first semester of freshman year I got a 2.7 GPA, when I’m supposed to be getting a 3.5. They gave me two semesters of probation (spring and summer) to bring up my GPA. By the end of summer, I was back up to a 3.5. This past fall semester I got a 3.0. A guy I know told me that we were allowed another semester of probation, but I wasn’t sure. I just got a letter in the mail saying, “seeing as you were already on academic probation in fall 2003, we have no choice but to strip you of your scholarship.” But my probation was over by then! They’re wrong! God I’m scared. My mom will seriously murder me, or worse just be so disappointed. Christ. I sent two e-mails and called the office, but I’ve gotten no answer. I hope they call on Monday. God I’m scared.
