I habitually lie to my customers.
I tell them things like ‘I turned up the heat so it should be getting warmer any minute now’. Then I’ll walk by and say, ‘gee, it’s getting really toasty in here’ so everyone in the room can here me. It works. They end up THINKING it’s warmer than it really is.
I do it with a lot of other things they complain about, even the food we serve. It’s mind over matter really and well, their minds aren’t all that sharp.
I’m also tired of fussy people. Or people that think they are the only ones that count in the world. (they are the worst tippers, btw)
I have tricks to deal with them, too. hehe… if they only knew… muhahaha
