I grew up Christian and Baptist at that. Now I don’t know what to believe. How can a God of Love permit what happened to people during the crusades to ‘spread the good word’. Sometimes I think it’s all crap and I believe more along a Wiccan line of thinking, but then I get scared that I’ll burn in ever lasting damnation and pray for forgiveness. I really don’t think I can believe in a God who allows such bad things to happen and just pass it off as ‘his will’ and ‘he knows what is best’. I think that is a load of crap.
