I once told my 5 yr old cousin that tomato ketchup was made out of kitten brains. I told him that they call it tomato ketchup so that people will find it more appetising. He believed me and stopped eating ketchup.
He’s now a grown man with a pretty severe fear of tomato ketchup. If anyone is eating it near him moves away from them and if touches him he get seriously freaked out. He once spent 2 hours throwing up because I told him I’d accidentally put some on his burger.
A lot of people think he’s nuts because he can’t explain this phobia, he doesnt’ fear any other condiments and likes tomatoes. He’s just terrified of ketchup. I try to feel guilty but it’s just so funny watching him freak out beyond belief when he sees it.
