there was this kid in my earth science class a couple years ago that stole a radiation chip from class, i think it was beta radiation. anyway he carried out the rest of the day with it in his pocket then had it on his night table for a couple of days. the teacher found out and called his house and told his mother to sandwich it between 2 nickels and wrap it in a lot of aluminum foil and bring it back. she said the kid probably has some very slight mental retardation from it and after carrying it in his pocket all day will most likely not be able to have kids.
